Asking the Right Question

Getting the most out of your tarot reading starts with asking the right kind of questions. Instead of looking for a quick yes or no, tarot works best when it helps you dig deeper into what’s going on in your life. By asking open-ended questions, you can get insights that guide you through challenges and decisions. Here are some tips to help you frame your tarot questions in a way that brings clarity and helps you take meaningful steps forward.

Framing Your Tarot Questions for Deeper Insight

Be Open-Ended: Avoid yes/no questions. Instead of "Will I get the job?" ask, "What can I do to improve my chances of getting the job?" This way, you're asking questions for deeper insight.

Focus on Personal Growth: Frame your question around what you can control or how you can grow. For example, "How can I navigate this relationship?" or "What steps should I take to move forward in my career?"

Ask for Guidance, Not Predictions: Tarot is about gaining insight, not predicting the future. Instead of asking "When will I find love?" you could ask, "What do I need to focus on to attract a healthy relationship?"

Be Specific but Flexible: Specificity helps narrow the focus of the reading, but keep your question flexible enough to allow for deep exploration. For example, "How can I find balance in my work-life situation?"

Empower Yourself: Use questions that empower your decision-making, like "What should I know about this situation to make the best decision for myself?"
